I remember reading once an article about how doctors in the states are less likely to get sued if they are likable. Like, it pretty much stated that if you were someone that came across cold and unpleasant that folks were far more likely to lawsuit over lesser infractions where as if you were friendly and super likable most folks would forgive you for far worse offenses to even some instances of downright malpractice. It was an interesting read. But then again since it was an internet article there are likely five articles that speak against it so who knows!
