The clan leader warp aci is a bit more casual than the actual clan leader meeting. Generally you don't have to be a warp aci belonging to a clan that has a clan leader existing. You just have to say you do. Surprisingly enough, this does keep the meeting from getting too full because many warp aci will answer that they don't. Even sometimes one's that actually do.Politics are very complicated no matter where you go.
