It likely is an odd thing to confess, not having 100% grasp on some characters. But there has been a few times in the comic where the characters have ended up surprising me with an action that I didn't initially expect but just as it played out it made a lot of sense and felt natural for them to go that direction.In my experiences. Some folks figure themselves out pretty quick, where as others it ends up being this frustrating adventure of trying on different labels...finding they don't quite fit...then feeling guilty that they probably appear as if they're being fickle, fake, or indecisive. As such, part of why I feel things like Pride are important to bolster folks feeling like it is okay to take the time and figure themselves out in a non-judgmental environment.
Because in my experience also a lot of times for some folks it is simply a matter of "Oh. I didn't even realize that there was a word for how I felt." because for the longest time they lived in a world of only a small set of options available and didn't quite fit. Only to discover that all this time there was a term for how they felt all this time.
At the end of the day, Jyrras is definitely not straight. But...I guess when he figures it out he'll likely let me know. He better. >:U
